The Linux port is proceeding, I got a chunk of time on it yesterday. I am at the point where my build from the windows machine to the linux machine are in sync. I have been going through the WINE code for some of the area that cause us some initial errors like the accelerators for menu items.

I still do NOT have symbols showing up. The newsgroup has too much noise from "endusers". There should be a developer only mail list.

What is exciting is that Frontier completely initializes, openes all its databases has the UI displayed. This means that a majority of all the code has to be working. Once I can isolate the code that is causing the current crashes it should be simple to fix or code around them.

I also have the Code Warrior for Linux so that we can take the next step and build Frontier with the WINE libraries rather then using the loader/emulator.
